I think it was an error with the Plug and Play driver or something. I tried all the troubleshooting that the logitech has suggested and it is still not working.

When I have installed the generic driver from Windows the headset works perfectly fine, but when I do install the G HUB a driver it's automatically installed and the Headset stop working due to this.Working: I am having a similar issue. If I do install Logitech G HUB after I reboot my computer twice (wich is weird) the headset stop working, Windows stop recognicing the device and the little icon at the buttom right corner appears with a red cross mark indicanting that there's not sound and if I do right click on it appears as "unknow device", but if I do unninstall the G HUB inmidiatly the Headset start working again without need to restar my computer.Note that I said after reboot my computer twice, this is because right after I do install G HUB the headset works properly with all the features but the installation ask me to reboot my computer, in the first reboot the headset keep working properly, the problem comes with the second reboot. The ear cups are pleather rather than foam, and the blue flourishes are much more restrained. I am using the USB connector and when I first plugged it in it was working, the sound was flat an tinny but it was working.
